My Daddy and a friend Winnie Clarke do Podcast’s for Zen Intrenet. They have been doing it for 2 years now and I love to help when I am there. The Podcasts are in MP3 format so you can listen to it on your computer or download it to your MP3. We record them with a very good microphone, nice headphones, Audacity and an acoustic shield.
