Me in a Lola<\/p><\/div>\n

On the 28th of October we had a tour of the Lola<\/a> <\/strong>factory in Huntingdon. It was surprising\u00a0 how much stuff they made.<\/p>\n

I learnt about the monocoque, which is where the driver sits, it is made out of\u00a0 carbon fibre and is about the size of a dinner table and the weight is about 80kg.<\/p>\n

I also saw the wind tunnel which was from the war. It was only a 50%\u00a0 size, but it was still massive.<\/p>\n

I also saw what would have been a 2010 F1 car, but\u00a0LOLA were rejected by the FIA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
