National Railway Museum, York

The National Railway Museum is situated in York and is open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The museum is the largest railway museum in the world, responsible for the conservation of the British national collection of railway memorabilia. The museum houses a large collection of locomotives, rolling stock, railway equipment, documents and records.

The following are photographs of my last visit to the NRM in the Autumn of 2003. Click on a thumbnail to show a larger image.
